Nah. Nah, nah, nah, nah, nah. I looked it up and he did not say it. Well, he is not quoted as having said it. Two different things.

You know what's even better than that? This:

That is a fine piece of craftsmanship, is it not, sir? Mark's buckles are the best, and no mistake.

DBH, I'm guessing.

Re: Tyger's New Ryan Ross Bonnet
I've a question for you artsy folk in here. I know there exist fancier sporran chains out there, but what about "fancy" sporran straps? I've never seen any in pictures or offered on any of the sites, but that definitely doesn't mean they don't exist. I've been thinking of making a strap with some sort of Celtic knotwork on it; thoughts?

I think a really well done celtic knotwork sporran belt would look killer, actually. It's a go, in my book!

Oo oo oo -- just checked Amazon, and he's got a new book coming out March 6! I haven't been doing as much reading lately as normal (edged out by tartan vest, shepherd's check kilt hose, mink sporran. . .) but anything new from RWW, Lee Child, or Stephen Hunter gets my attention.

Hell yes. Lee Child (Jack Reacher) is super reading.
Have you read books Vince Flynn, and Brad Thor? If you have not, then strap one on and get ready!

Oh yes, Flynn and Thor are regulars around here. Bob (and I, when I'm not knitting etc.) go through a dozen or so books a month. Always a thrill to find a new series to devour!
