info for NewJerseypiper.com
Just wondering if anyone has bought a vest from Newjerseypiper.com. They have some good looking 5 buttons vests at a reasonable price. I am curious if anjyone has had any experience with them.

Yes. Several of us here have bought vests from him. He's an honest merchant who stands by his products and his customer service.

that's what I was hoping to hear. I want to purchase a couple of his vests but tend to be a little leery of anyone I have not heard of before. Thanks for the reply.

Re: info for NewJerseypiper.com
I am one of those satisfied customers that piperdbh mentioned and am happy to recommend NewJerseyPiper.com.
I bought a great vest (good looking, fits well, and reasonably priced) from a fellow named Tim, presumably the owner. He was professional, responsive, and it was a pleasure doing business with him. The next time I need a solid-colored vest, NewJerseyPiper.com is the first place I will go.
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.

I bought a vest from him and found the sizing was WAY OFF. It was way too big, I sent it back and my money (minus shipping) was refunded right away. So it cost me postage both ways.

In the same vein as Santa Wally, I agree with the sizing issue make sure you get the correct size. Tim was very good about providing the return and prompt in his responses but I, too, had a sizing issue. That said it I make the comment not to be negative but just to advise you to be careful in selecting the size and if you have questions to dialogue with them.

My one and only experience with NJPiper was fine. I don't recall having a problem with the order, however the vest (size small) ended up being too long to really work well with a kilt. That's just a function of my torso, not NJPiper, of course.

I agree with Santa Wally as well, I purchased a vest from him when i received it, i tried it on and was swimming in it, he then sent me a different one same size to which I had the same results... i returned both vest for a refund minus shipping..
he is a very honest person to deal with.

I have 2 of their vests, and will bt buying a third one of these days. I've had nothing but good experience with them- and being a rather large person, their larger sizes and reasonable prices are important to me.
