Hey my mother's side hails from Lugerville, outside of Phillips -- "God's Country"! Scottish Wee Heavy is my favorite to brew as well, although it sounds like you're working from the full on grain kit, I'm still using extract kits. Anyway ...god to see you here!

I based my recipe off of the original Traquair House wee heavy recipe, and yes it is all-grain, about 23 pounds of grain for 5 gallons actually! I really miss the northwoods, perhaps when my boy is a couple years older we might move back east a ways.
