We call that either a promotion (if there is more responsibility involved) or a raise (if it is the same job but more pay). Either way, congratulations!!! We here in Louisville are already having a kilt night March 24 in honor of one of our brethren returning to the work force, and you and any Cincinnati friends are more than welcome to crash the party. One more reason for a toast and a fresh round of drinks.
