I see kilts around here only in the local scottish shop, highland games, or special occasions. Other than that, it's me. And it would seem you do need a reason if you don't want to be labelled as an oddball. I don't even see that many tartan skirts in our area... which is too bad. I just melt when a lass is wearing a tartan skirt. Something in the blood, methinks perhaps.
