Peaches, you say? I love peaches. Gotta love that filling of crossing the NC/SC line and, suddenly, peach stands, everywhere.

When I cross the NC/SC line I usually hold my breath til I cross the SC/GA line. Not that I have anything against SC. I think it'd make a nice inlet.

Maybe that's just the result of too many speeding tickets in my formative years, though.

I think I know what you are talking about.

I don't remember where but there's this place on the border between the carolinas called the Peach Stand. There's a huge park nearby and the place has tons of peaches in various ways. My favorite was the candied peaches.

Such a memorable taste after so many years.

A quick google search and it's in Fort Mill, SC. Close to wear I live.

Usually when I'm down Charlotte way, the furthest south I ever venture is to Carowinds. Most of my SC time is spent in Charleston and passing through on US-25 to Georgia...with the occasional concert in Greenville. This Peach Stand of which you speak sure does sound tempting, though...

Yes it does. I live 20 minutes from Carowinds too. That's close to Rock Hill, SC which is close to Fort Mill.

So if someone were actually to commission a Ryan Ross bonnet / Tyger Forge 'RR' badge, would that be enough to get you two to collarorate and get moving (as opposed to spending potentially productive time typing on XMarks)?

Having wanted one of each (well, formerly buckle from Tyger Forge) but not having got around to it yet, maybe this is the right project.

Hmm... Don't think I should hazard a comment, there.

    Mark, do you feel safe?

And back OT, while I was... ehem... waiting for something to cook in the washer last night, I started playing around with the camera.

Came up with a couple pretty cool pictures of some other one-of-a-kind pieces of coolness that were made for me by friends. In this case, some Viking type stuff.

Thought I'd share the fruits, since that's what we've been talking about for a page or so:
