			Monarch/Greenstone

Unfortunately the channel in BC that carries Monarch of the Glen aired the end of the seris, and has and has no new episodes available to them. I don't even know which seris they were showing.
However in it's place they have started showing a show called Greenstone

A very cool new show.No kilts (yet). Has anyone else caught this show?

The sweeping romantic saga of a headstrong Maori princess torn between two lovers - an empire-building English lord and a defiantly independent gun trader - in a stirring epic of love and honour set against the backdrop of the 19th century New Zealand wars.

I do however miss Monarch, as I was just starting to get into it.

Just to let you know that what is probably the last series of 'Monarch' is currently being filmed in Scotland, and (I don't know how to break this to you all - especially Graham) the character of Duncan leaves Glenbogle during the series. The actor, Hamish Clark, is moving on.
We'll be seeing this series on BBC-TV here in the United Kingdom towards the end of this year.

Could someone please stand behind Graham when he reads this? We wouldn't want him to hit his head on the floor.

					Graham,
What Colin said is true even though we are not physically behind you, we are behind you, it is truly a sad sad time. But alas something good I am sure will come out of this dire situation.

So sad to hear of Monarch ending. I have just started watching on BBC America. (which has just dissappeared from the listing! Anyone else know what happened?) I've recently purchased the first two seasons on DVD, the only ones available here in the US, unfortunately. Any news about release dates of the remaining seasons?
