Kilted Brewer on Drinking Made Easy - Santa Barbara

If anyone isn't familiar with "Drinking Made Easy" it's a travel show that goes around the US sampling libations and drinking culture. It is the America/Canada version of the host's previous show - "Three Sheets", where he travelled around the world doing the same.

Anyway, they visited The Brewhouse in Santa Barbara, and the master brewer was wearing a green utility-kilt. They sampled some habanero and ghost pepper infused beers while there.

It was a green chili Utilikilt.

Back in the day, I used to like a drink that had spicy-pepper tomato juice and beer. The flavor reminded me of liquefied salsa and tortilla chips. Bloody beer, I think it was called.

I've heard beer and tomato juice called a Bloody Awful.

saw that show.....could not see that beer being enjoyable being hot like that....but was a good show. There was also a Cyclone one up in New England that looked interesting but she wore no kilt
