Forgot to put up Saturday's training. It's been a fun birthday weekend but now it's time to get back to bid-ness. I'm going to start hammering pulls a bit more, no strength off the floor lately in my snatches and cleans.

    Powercleans:
    First "set" of singles: 1x50kg, 70kg, 80kg, 90kg, 100kg
    Second "set" of singles: 1x90kg, 92.5kg, 95kg, 97.5kg, 100kg
    Third "set" of singles: 1x90kg, 95kg, 100kg, miss 105kg, miss 105kg (tired)

    Clean Pulls:
    Singles: 1x110kg, 130kg, 140kg, 140kg, 140kg

    Front Squat:
    3x70kg
    3x100kg
    1x120kg
    1x130kg
Have fun and throw far. In that order, too. - o1d_dude

    Saturday Training

Time to see if my heavy powercleans paid off... they did. The "long pull" of the power clean really gives the bar more hang time to pull yourself under it. These were some of the cleanest squat cleans I've ever done. Also, a big lift in the front squat arena - I surprised myself. I've hit 150kg before, but wasn't expecting to hit it today.

    Squat Cleans
    2x50kg
    2x70kg
    1x80kg
    1x70kg
    1x80kg
    1x90kg
    1x100kg (220lbs)
    1x105kg (232lbs)

    Clean Pulls
    2x130kg (286lbs)
    2x140kg (297lbs)

    Front Squats
    1x70kg
    1x100kg (220lbs)
    1x120kg (264lbs)
    1x130kg (286lbs)
    1x140kg (297lbs)
    1x150kg (330lbs)
