I particularly like how you have paired a solid green kilt with a tartan tie in one of the outfits. Everything is just so, from the fit and finish, to the use of shamrock and harp on your accessories.

I absolutely agree. One of the reasons I like wearing my tweed kilt is that I can get away with more patterns elsewhere in my ensemble. Nicely done.

Well Den take a look here http://www.thegatheringireland.com/ There is a big push for this to be a success. I know there are more than a few cynics, but when you know people who have been sincerely impacted by the financial down turn and seeing the official news that Ireland slipped back into recession I hope for the best. For me, to long from Galway and Connemara is bad for the soul.
