    Respectfully, and sadly, as a retired elementary (primary) school principal (headmaster) I think things may be a bit different in North America. I don't know; just a sense. I would respect the suggestion of care at the same time that I agree that we should never go "overboard" with our fears.

    I've posted this one several times. This is my youngest son at the Kentucky Scottish Weekend, age 18 months. I think we'll get one more season out of this kilt.
