Back on topic. I just did a quick reply (above) and got the pop up asking if I wanted to leave the page or not.

I clicked on "leave this page" but didn't leave the page.

Look, I ain't a techie and I ain't changing browsers....using IE most recent - think maybe 9....would think the software folks would program to include the most used browser...

Now its happening sometimes and not happening other times....just sayin'

I've come to hate reporting glitches to various sources and being told its MY computer or MY browser....it ain't....

Update, just did it posting the above....

I think I may have found some information for you Ron.

It seems that if you are in the middle of something, such as typing a post, and you hit the "New Posts" button you will sometimes get this "Do you want to leave this page" thingy. ('Thingy', I have learned that this is the official 'puter geek speak for Technical items)

I'm trying various things and get it sometimes but not always. I'm guessing right now but suspect that it is the software asking "Hey, your right in the middle of something here, if you leave you may lose what you were doing. Are you sure you want to do this?"
