Wrap Your Laughing gear Gear Around This

One of the great things about some of the Highland Games in Victoria is the treats that we can purchase. Below is the famous Haggis Roll, made in Australia by Bob the Butcher, a fair dickum bloke, who emigrated from Britain quite a few years back, and not being able to find any good, traditional British tucker, started his own butcher shop. Apart from Haggis, there's black pudding, square sausage, Fofar bridies and any type of sausage you desire

And here is me wrapping my laughing gear around it

Bob has been featured on a number of TV programes here in OZ, and sends his tucket right around the counry

Thanks Jock, I picked it up at today's games also. At the particular venue I was at, there is always a little tent that is selling unwanted things Scottish. I have picked up a number of trinkets over the year and today the hat was just sitting there, brand new but had been stored in a suitcase for sometime. I plonked it on my noggin, it fitted, so I handed over the the $20.00 asked for, and was pleased as punch.

That haggis roll looks delicious. *drool*

It looks like they pan-fried it to a crispy outside before putting it on the bun. Nice!

And it was delicous Tobus. They actually cook it on a flat top BBQ with the black pudding, sausages etc, so in affect it is like frying it in a pan on the cooktop at home
