Actually it came with the waistcoat -- rare find in thrift stores these days.

Awesome job -I am trying to do one now , How did you attache the Cuffs to the jacket -Please any help would be great AS I am stuck at that point . Thank You

This is great work! I've got a really nice Harris Tweed sports coat that I've not had the courage to hack up into a kilt jacket yet. This post makes me want to do it even more, now.
