Yes, I know! I've been following the saga on a blow by blow basis, and we're as astonished as you are at just how badly it's been handled by the shipping agents... especially once it was clear that the ball had been badly dropped, which is when I'd expect any company to really pull the finger out and get the issue sorted. I'm really sorry you've been put through the ringer like this. But you can be sure we'll be taking it a lot further in making damn sure this won't happen again if Fedex wants to keep our business. But for now, let me just thank you for your amazing understanding and patience. Oh, and one more thing... Phew!! :-)

The Tam and Glengarry went out today. Those went by Mail, so I can catch a break from dealing with FedEx this week. LOL

Post Script: That completes all my orders to date. The Jones is nearly over! LOL Now I can start thinking about a couple of 5yd casuals, in Welsh Ellis, and Aberdeen. ;)
