I decided to stop depending on memory, which ain't too sharp anyway, and printed up some business size cards with the names and URLs of kiltmakers on it. Now I can just give em a card and save my poor brain from overwork
I hate to brag! But for the past four or five years I have been carrying a selection of similar cards - I carry whichever is appropriate to what I am wearing: if I am wearing a "21st Century Kilt" I carry a card giving the "TFCK" address, 'phone number and website along with my own 'phone number. Similarly, when in a Utilikilt I carry one of their cards with my own sticker on the back. It's the same for Geoffrey (Tailor) Ltd., Kinloch Anderson, Amerikilt, Club Kilts, Midas, Savannah Kilts, etc., etc.
