The guys at Caledonian Kitchens make the best haggis I've ever had! I tried it last year at The Grandfather Mountain Highland Games. I've been really tempted to try my hand at it. Where I'm from originally There was a "sausage" called boudan. As far as I can tell it was just haggis with rice instead of oatmeal.
