I can vouch for the aforementioned
Haggis from www.oatmealsavage.com (Lamb's Haggis).
It's made in Roseburg, Oregon about 3-4
hours south of me (I'm in Portland)....
GREAT STUFF!! And he also sells it in little
links like bratwurst so you can buy a little
and enjoy it. Works great for me as I'm the
only one in the hoose who'll touch the stuff.
I like it with mashed potatoes and gravy and sour
cream and peas or with fried potatoes and a couple
fried eggies for breakfast. Delicious stuff. Texture
is just right and the flavor is terrific.
