The Vikings: A History by Robert Ferguson. It's a good overview of the viking age. Also a few textbooks.

During my lunch hour, I'm reading (for the twentieth time) the finest book ever written. Catch 22
Brilliant Book! Co-incidentally enough I often have a "pain in my liver that falls just short of being jaundice" which plagues me Monday to Friday... I get some respite at the weekends... but, sadly, I did miss a day last week because of my Garnett-Fleischaker syndrome... it's been playing up recently.

I'm going to re-read again... thank you for reminding me.

Currently reading Hark! A Vagrant by Kate Beaton. It's a perfect combination of history and humor in comic form. Going to try to finish Albert Nobbs by George Moore this weekend.

I'm tempted to say that I've been speed-reading Schopenhauer!

Don't try that with Hegel's "Phenomenology of Spirit".
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.

    + 2 on that.

I've noticed that there are a few people with Kindles. I've thought about getting one, but if I did, I'd never get anything done.
