Stock might be an interesting idea. Would this be hanging out? The gap at the top of my montrose is about 1.5 inches. What about the collar of the shirt - I've seen pictures of really high collar shirts which could be interesting.
If I did end up going for a jabot though I think I'd stay away from lace though, a bit too "frilly" for my liking. Especially as I'm going to try and get a hold of buckle brogues, though that's proving harder than I thought!
