I'm making a kilt for someone at Pixar who is also going to the party. I am so excited I can't even speak! It's going to be Modern Young with the spectacular flash in the pleats.

Now that I think about it, it's not clear to me that this is the same event that Alan H is going to. Alan - is it the Pixar wrap party that you're going to (you lucky dog)?

At the Ardenwood Tartan Day Games, the guy who's in charge of the local Shinty league walked up to me and said that the Pixar publicity people at the Games wanted to know if there could be some shinty players at this big bash, and also if we could get some Highland Athletes and some gear. However, the hours for the event are late-late afternoon through the evening, so I don't think they actually want us to throw, though I don't know that for sure. All I know is that the event is in Calistoga on June 9th.
