    New kilt is on order!!

    Greetings,
I placed my order for a kilt from stillwaterkilts.com today. It's not my family tartan (Macneil) but it will do. I can't wait to have my own modern kilt. I own a great kilt, but it is just too hot to wear to work (not counting the hassle of folding the pleats everytime). I have worn my great kilt to work (I work for a government owned power utility, TVA) My boss really hates it when I wear my kilt, but there is not much he can say. Well, the wait is on. I hope to have the new kilt soon, I just can't wait. I am really interested is seeing how much cooler I will feel in my car which does not have AC. I hope it's noticible.

    Take care,
    Stuart

    Stuart,

Congratulations on your new kilt purchase! Glad to hear when a kilted gentlemen attains a new kilt and to hear the reaction of those who just don't get the joys of kilting. Keep up the good work.

Well done Stuart (good Scottish name), I hope you get a lot of enjoyment out of your kilt when it arrives.

What did you mean about "folding pleats" all the time? you're not getting confused with a Great Kilt are you?

On most philabegs (small kilts) the pleats stay fine. I've only ironed mine once or twice.

    Stuart,
I'm anxious to hear about your results and the look of the kilt. I'm alsways looking for a deal plus a kilt I can wear with a low worry factor. This is a kilt I can wear on the Saturday shopping trips and not worry about stuff dropped from lunch or anything else.

Looking forward to hear about the experience.

    Also, congratulations on the purchase.

Stuart, You will love your StillwaterKilt. It is an excellent bargain, and a smart looking kilt! I currently own 5, and am always on the lookout for new tartans that Jeremy brings in several times each year. His customer service is awsome!
