Dale: What a beautifully wooded waterway! Your new kilt looks as natural in the outdoors as you do. I can't get over those great colors. Thanks for posting.

That must have been a great first outing in your new kilt. By the way, I like the way your flashes blend into the surroundings rather than contrast.

I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.

    Why thank'ee, John!

Getting totally away from the kilt for a moment, I thought the Bison hose would "tone well" with the British Tan safari shirt; but that the Navy garter ties would go well with the kilt and also -- whether I was wearing it or not -- the Navy "Seattle Wool Bomber Jacket" from Filson that you can see strapped to my Camelbak hydration pack.

Okay, looking at what I just said I can better understand why my SO occasionally asks me, "Are you SURE you're not gay? Well, I mean physically I know you're not, but, well, bi a little maybe?".

Yeah, I do understand that. But no. I'm not.

Getting back to the kilt "palette" for a second here, I think anything that would go well with the California State (modern colors) tartan would be just fabulous with this one.
