Fantastic article, Richard! Congratulations! I am a portrait artist too, well academically trained by Victor Wang and Tim Liddy of Fontbonne University, where I earned a BFA and an MFA in oil-painting, drawing, and art history. I was trained in the 'old masters' style and approach.
