We'd all like to have definitive answers to most things, but are these not all loosely-defined terms and boundaries whose meanings will wash over one-another from time to time?

Heymin, dinnae' knock it, the hale NE is a neolithic hotbed, nae' place in the world wi' as mony steen circles or the ilk. Ma mither's fowk wis fee men, so aye movin', bit Pitsligo, Deer, Aberdour and ah' thae' placies, awa' up tae' The Broch, fit are jist fu' o' the neolithic, especially Echt on a Saiturday nicht.
