Here is my 96 Tahoe! We usually use my wife's car now. It is a lot cheaper on gas but is not quite as fun as the "HOE". Thats what my students at the training academy nicknamed it! LOL!

This is my primary transportation for about 8 months out of the year.
The rest of the time it's my Ranger.

Wow! Some nice stuff 'round here. Keep 'em coming!
Madmacs: your fortunes may be looking up. Although we love it to bits, the Mini's future is in some doubt with the advent of the MGA. Mrs Cat doesn't enjoy driving either car, but loves riding in one. Thus, hard to take both to a show or club outing. And our one-car garage is REALLY full with both cars in.
Tobus: IF that truck runs and is streetable (mobile, safe, legal...pick any two...) you should enter it in
the "Survivor" class at a show or cruise night. It'll be a belle at the ball.
Scout: Appearance counts. I have a friend with the identical car, antennas and all, but in civilian use. He claims he's never gotten a ticket on the Turnpikes or Interstates even at, let us say, "unusual speeds."
PS/ Thanks to all for your Mini stories. In my experience, everybody who recognizes the car has a story to tell about them.

Yes, it's unmarked but it's a Crown Victoria with a spotlight and 3 antennas so I don't think I'm fooling anyone!

Why is it you can always tell a police interceptor isnt just a crown vic when you're coming up behind it... ?

I don't know why they call them unmarked. They stick out like sore thumbs. I have this knack for spotting them.

These are my two rides. My 97 F-150 Flareside shortcab and my gas powered barstool. I ride both kilted.
I am having trouble posting pictures from Facebook to here. Check my facebook page.

And even so people still to do AMAZINGLY stupid things right in front of me!
As a general rule Crown Vic's don't have the dual exhausts like the Interceptors, but there are a lot of recycled, former cruisers in civilian use. The only sure way to tell the difference between an Interceptor and a Crown Vic is by the VIN. Sadly however 2011 was the last model year for the Interceptor so they're all on the way out.

My '57 Chevy 210 4-Dr sedan. I would put money on the fact I am the first and only kilted driver this car ever had..

I think they have a slightly different suspension that makes it sit lower, and with possibly the exception of a couple of detectives cars, pretty much all that i've seen have a black panel at the back between the lights regardless of colour...
Most used ones seem to end up as taxis around here... Some dont even get repainted, just lose the decals
