Sportkilt Complaint

This seriously needs to be broadcast as wide as possible. Yes, I have made every attempt to be fair. I contacted the company. I did everything to make this right, but the company just isn't very good. I ordered their "Commando" kilt. After a long wait, I finally received it, and the leather straps/buckles weren't added (as were indicated on the initial order, and receipt). When I contacted the company, they assured me they'd fix it, but apparently, my business wasn't important enough to issue the return label (despite it being just an email). They did finally issue a refund for the extra I paid for the straps (after two emails and a phone call). In addition, there's a gap of about 1/2" on the fell, where whoever machine stitched this thing completely missed it. This was my 5th kilt, so I do have a basis for comparison. Point being, there are companies out there, including ebay purveyors and Pakistani makers, who care more about quality and service. This company doesn't deserve your business. I thought long and hard about posting this, as (being a custom razor maker, and dealing with customers and the public) I understand mistakes happen, but for what they charge and the kind of service they provide, there are better options. USA Kilt, for example, provides a far superior product for a better price.

I ordered from SportKilt. I own two Atlanta Kilts (utility and traditional), and I agree they're a good bargain.

Sorry You had a bad experience. I have bought 5 Sport kilts, Two of them Custom orders. I have had nothing but Excellent experience with them. I love my Sport kilts.
