    Good imitation golden eagle feathers.

    For those who might be interested I just received my feathers that I ordered from Real Legal Feathers. They are beautiful and at $40.00 they are not overly expensive. That was $35.00 for the feathers and $5.00 for shipping.
    The great thing is that they are not painted.

    From their site:

    The coloration is permanent and will last for years. Our feathers are not painted. This means that you can wash them, dry them and preen the web back together just as you would any natural feather.
