Intimidation
Nothing like running into one of your spouses exes while you are out for a walk. The great factor of it was that I stood at least a foot taller than this geek, and I had my kilt on to boot. You could see the intimidation in his weasly little eyes.

......But what a bigger triumph it would have been if you'd shaken his hand, given him one of Bears 'cards' and encouraged him into a kilt and on to this board.

That's funny,
My wife's high school boyfriend has ordered a Bear Kilt.

You can bet that I shock his hand, I guess my point was that the level of confidence one receives by wearing a kilt makes things that could bug you seem insignificant.
That's really funny Bear.

I am not a geek, just 'cause I went to the Star Trek experience in Vegas and got chased down a corridor by the Borg in my ... kilt...
ummm....
Hmmm....
Never mind.

Even the Borg know... where kilts are concerned, "Resistance is Futile".

A guy in coveralls, pushing a dolly loaded with boxes, stopped me the street and said something while pointing at my kilt. A truck was driving loudly by and I didn't hear him.
"Excuse me?" I said.
"Cool Star Trek pin!" he answered.
I was wearing a STTNG security officer's pin as my kilt pin that day.
Didn't say a word about the kilt.
