Shifting Ground
EDIT: the poles are still open till the end of the day. When I wrote the post below, they were temporarily closed.
-----------------------------------------
Looks like there have been a few last minute changes...
The last day to vote was supposed to be July 7th, but at 12:15 am the voting seems to be closed
Here is a copy of the new 'judging' page that has since been added:
"Winner Selection Process
Who's the Jury?
Our panel of expert jurors includes: Jeremy Freed, Editor-in-Chief of Sharp magazine; Shawn Hewson, Project Runway Canada judge and Bustle designer; and Suzanne Timmins, Vice President, Fashion Director, The Hudson’s Bay Company.
How are the Winners selected?
Starting July 9, 2012 in Toronto, Ontario, five (5) eligible entries will be selected as the Semi-Finalists by the Contest Judging Committee from all eligible entries received, based on the following equally-weighted criteria:
1. Relevance
2. Fit
3. Creativity
The Sponsors reserve the right to include or disqualify any entries to the Semi-Finalists from either the Sharp Kiosks At The Bay or Online Voting at their sole discretion.
Winner Selection Process starts on
July 09, 2012 @ 12:00 am (EDT)
Winner Selection Process ends on
July 14, 2012 @ 02:09 pm (EDT)"
At the time the poles closed, I appeared to be in 4th place overall with 4423 votes. I know a big chunk of this is due to support from the Rabble, so thank you all once again
Keep your fingers crossed that the judges are equally well disposed towards my kilt and I!

I'm glad we were able to drive you up to fourth place. Frankly I can't see how that first place vote getter could win this over you. He just had the most friends voting. I'm also gad to hear that there will be a selection process rather than simply first by most votes.. It means you'r in the running mate!

Went to vote again this morning, and realized voting is closed. Not sure where you ended up, but good luck!

Yes, voting seems to be opened again. According to the rules it should stay open until 11:59 tonight.
Good luck Colin.

Good luck Colin.
Maybe they were just testing the code for closing the poles? I just checked and you can definitely still vote, so get in there and solidify my position folks.
If the judging info I posted from last night is accurate, I am quite relieved. The system they had set up wasn't going to work very well if the top three guys from the kiosk in Montreal had less than 200 votes between them but were still going to be finalists. That being said, I'm pretty sure that vote count will still play a role and that the judges aren't going to look through every single photo...
