Something you make for yourself can't be bespoke, as there is the sense of telling another person what you require them to make for you.
You could have a bespoke house, a pair of bespoke shoes, or hose, or a kilt, if the plot, or your feet and legs, waist, hips and length were measured and you then selected major features of the design and left the craftsman or woman to sort out the small details.
