dear fellow xmarker My dear departed mom drank Dewers Scotch but for myself I drink either Jack Daniels or Makers Mark or on a rare occasion I will drink a small batch bourbon. Fortunately for me the bartender had on his shelf Jack Daniels and I had several at 7.5 pounds each. Not what I would consider a cheap drunk! Cheer Mattie

To gaurdsman the picture was taken in Newtonmore Scotland. We had just driven through Glencoe the day before and were given the history of the Massacre of the McDonalds by the hand of the Campbells. I was not very popular with the bartender until I told him that my red headed daughter bought the kilt in Edinburgh about five years ago and she had no idea which tartan it was. Matt Newsome told me it was Campbell of Argyle and as soon as I purchased my Muted Maxwell from Hector Russell we ditched the Campbell kilt. best regards Mattie
