news flash, scotland is in the UK too.
Jeeepers Phil! I hope you didn't think I meant that people from London were losers!! I really must try to be more careful how I word my posts. As far as I know, the guy could be anywhere.

The poster on Kiltmen.com has just enough knowledge to make himself sound like an idiot. Every thug is brave two times... in a group or over the internet...
A person that wears a kilt is brave once... when they put on a kilt....

no probs bro, just a lot of people think that England is the only part of the uk, I have had a st george flag in my taxi now for a week or two to show my support for our team in euro 2004.
you would be surprised how many people ask what the flag is, and when told it's English, they think the union (jack) flag is the English flag.also a lot of people think that the UK does not include scotland.
plus I'm not from London anyway, so no offence taken.

my point was that ".co.uk" could be an address in scotland too.

What was done in England or Scotland 100 years ago does not negate what was being done in the "Colonies" (by Scots)300 years ago.
Equally and possibly more importantly what is being done here and now by the likes of Bear and other modern kilt makers and us, the guys that wear them and develope the market by demanding more choice/options.

I agree with you regarding the history, ie we need to know where we're from to know where we're going. I just don't like the idea of becoming hidebound.

I like being bound in my hide. It could be messy otherwise.

For free email services like this, you can sign up from anywhere in the world. I could get a co.uk or a .de email address from right here in Vancouver. This could still be a little puke anywhere in the world.
