    New Kilt first time in public

    Hi guys,

    on Saturday I had the first opportunity to wear my new Smith kilt when I went to the "Mainlandgames" near Rüsselsheim together with my girlfriend... Just wanted to show a few pics...

    By the way...the hose are charcoal not black.

    A sharp look. The bottom pic should be made into a poster with a caption about why we wear kilts - the contrast between your spiffy turnout and the guy in t-shirt and jeans screams "Class."

    I agree with Ron (Riverkilt). Very nicely turned out sir. Flashes and tie add a nice touch of colour to add a bit of informality.

    You look very comfortable. No one would suspect it was your first time out.

    @McElmurry:
    Only my first time out with this kilt :-)

    But I also went out kilted for an open day in the theatre where I work yesterday...my colleagues liked it and the public too I guess.
