Okay, the rubber meets the road... Sent an email to all 3 on my grown sons this morning looking for accessories. All of them have full time jobs and are also going to college full time, so they're limited in cash. With that in mind I asked for the following items for my birthday and/or Christmas:

    1. Ancient Campbell tartan dress tie (wool). My current one has a spot on it and just needs to be replaced.
    2. Campbell crest kilt pin.
    3. Kilt hose, prefer black and/or dark green
    4. 2 1/4" kilt belt (black preferred).
    5. Campbell crest belt buckle.
    6. Ancient Campbell tartan flashes with garters.

    We'll see how it goes!

    And so it begins....FREEDOM!!!!

You may wish to invest in a hand steamer from a big box to tame the pleats of that $100 kilt...a quick easy fix after a day of sitting has them askew.

And great idea on investing in a custom kilt...only once you have one you'll be "spoiled" and want more, more, more....and you'll need accessories too....lots of them....enjoy the ride.

That is an exceptional idea, thank you. Yes, I understand about addictions. I already figure once I have a semi-trad from USA Kilts, I'll be wanting a good wool one. I'm taking it easy as I go, and always with cash. Enjoy your day sir!
