We don't sell PV by the yard... only as a finished kilt.

I know it's subjective -- and photos can be deceiving -- but does the Scott strike the eye as mostly brown or green? How would you say it compares with the Cladish?

Are you also planning to offer the USMC/Leatherneck tartan?

Just got a swatch of the Scott Green Weathered PV last night (my gf wanted colors to compare for knitting and felting a balmoral) and I've gotta say, this tartan is going to look great as a semi-trad kilt! My jonesing is now coupled with a mild case of the shakes.

I ordered one as soon as it became available, not obtaining a swatch first but knowing the tartan. Seeing as Rocky wore it for his wedding I was sure it would be quite accurate.
Have to say I am rather pleased, I really enjoy it as wool was out of budget for this one.

I'm actually shocked it hasn't sold better than it has... It gets comments every time I wear mine! It's intricate without being too "busy" and has a great color pallet.

The Scott Green Weathered is a beautiful tartan. Rocky chose it for his wedding - no higher compliment than that.

I get compliments all the time.

It looks brown and green because it IS brown and green with a few other colors you can see.

I wear mine for my maternal grandmother - a proud Scott with lineage we know about back to the American side in the War of 1812.

I love my Edzell tartan...PV too...must have been a special run back when. This Navy tartan is one that is more and more recognized for what it is - at least by Navy types.

    Here's pleated to the stripe

Its great to have a blue on blue tartan in the wardrobe for variety too.

I actually ordered it a week before I ordered a swatch, the GF wanted to start making me and balmoral and wanted to make sure it would not clash. (Turns out her mother ordered a skirt in the same PV shortly after I ordered my kilt haha)

Not quite yet, but she will this week or next. She thinks it looks fabulous.
