Wow, i cant imagine being at a Scotland Nationals match, that would be awesome. i have to suffer through the poor recording they upload to their site. I wish we could get some Glasglow Warriors on the television too but fat chance. I got my leather sporran strap ordered and shipped. should have it soon. also, whats the proper hose? im wearing lochcarron kilt hose, is this not correct?

Luckily for me the USA Sevens (Rugby Sevens) tournament is in Las Vegas every year, less than a four-hour drive for me. Maybe you could make the trip down next year?? Support Scotland (they need all the support they can get)

Here it is! On my birthday no less!

If it were not for my wedding taking up all my vacation next year, a trip to see rugby sevens would be awesome. I hear that its a Olympic recognized sport now too, debut in 2016 summer games. Mabey this will get rugby some much needed attention broadcasting.

I am not quite sure why everyone seems to be against the sporran chain.I rather like the look. I have a sporran chain on my casual day wear sporran and a belt on my dress sporran. I do not like the belt as it pushes the bottom of the sporran into the aprons causing it to look like I am wearing a very bulky pair of shorts instead of a kilt. Does anyone else have this problem with a sporran belt?

This belt from Wyvern Leather Works has swivels so the sporran can pivot.

I agree with Rex. And most importantly, have a great time with mates!

Well brother, I like all the looks. And I like the buckle! It IS kinda in the face but, it's fun especially when Scotland is playing! Have fun with the kilt. Enjoy.
