As Tobus has said an extra $20 for one of Rockys kilts against all the potential hassle and aggravation of importing from the Uk as described by Chas and Rocky himself is a bit of a no brainer.
By way of contrast I have been looking to import a sporran from the States. It is a lot more trouble than having one made here and when you take import duties, VAT and postage it probably isn't worth it unless you can't get exactly what you want in the country you reside in.
