I figured it was worth mentioning that you ought to be able to find a ham at a Joann fabric store - they always have 40% or 50% off coupons floating around which would drop the price to about six or seven bucks.
Good thinking. I kind of forget about those coupons!

Okay first of all buckles are a bitch! You gotta match that stripe AND sew little tiny invisible stitches through lots of layers of fabric AND contend with the buckle itself which really gets in the way. Took nearly two hours for three little buckles!
Everything is pressed and am in the process of finishing the lining. Then a lot of un-basting.
No pics at this time because there isn't much of interest to show. Hoping to premier it tonight. Pics to follow.
