Here, everything would be the same except I would use my least faded Blue denim Utilikilt Workman with a western belt buckle ( less than dinner plate size 
). Still pondering the boots - may work with the Workman. 
A tartan kilt would be hard to pull off here as most of my nicer cowboy shirts are patterned.
