Went out to their web site and looked at the pictures of prior events. Wow! That would be amazing to attend. Unfortunately, I would not know what to do at such an event.

Unfortunately, that is the Marine Corps Birthday, and I will be celebrating elsewhere (but of course still kilted)

No doubt a splendid event, but for the price of those tickets ($180) it certainly ought to be. Too rich for my blood, I'm afraid, or I'd probably go. My wife has Scots blood, and we do live in the Washington DC area. Actually she's twice as Scottish as I am Irish, to be honest, although we are both actually English.
