I can't find the specific straps on Tandy's website, but they had lots of them in my local store. They are in a plastic bag with a hanger card. Came in black and brown. Cost was under $5 and about a buck for the buckle.
Great suggestion. There's a Tandy store not far from where my wife works. I had fun trying the home made garter ties so maybe this will be my next project. You guys may be getting me to take on a kilt project before I die at this rate.
