Well, the Uniform of the Day for the participants includes clan or service branch kilt, so I suppose so. If I could be there, I would go in my kilt and expect no problem. But I have other obligations just then.

I keep reading this dress code and it appears to require trousers for men. Do those specified authorities have the power to allow persons in non-appropriate attire to participate in spite of the regs?
