Tartan Harris Tweed Jacket on eBay

Is this a recognized or fashion tartan?
Looks close to the Campbell of Armaddie sett, but with the colours reversed... and I'm not sure what you'd call the 'ground' colour.

looks exactly like the Harris tweed I've been considering ("lusting after"), from Harris tweed Highland shop - # AO124 Check ( double width 19/20 oz @ 64GBP per meter):

Harris tweed can be bought cheaper than that. Search for "Butt of Lewis Textiles".

I notice the description says "PERFECT" but it's a 44R instead of a 44L, so hardly.

Some of these are interesting as they once again raise the question of what is the difference between tweed and tartan. It's not just the weight or coarseness of the cloth and to my mind several of those shown are in fact tartan and not tweed.

I had the exact same thought. My wife however thinks that little discrepancy is exactly why it IS perfect.
