It helps more than a wee tad Jock, thank you for the good words. I hurt myself due to one moment's inattention while using fairly heavy weight. I intend to be very careful getting back, but I fully intend to get back, and possibly a little further. We may be altecackers, but we aren't done yet. I am glad you're here, I have always listened to your opinions and advice. Not always followed them, mind you, but your words are always wise and gentlemanly.
