New to me converted jacket with matching cat

As promised a while ago here are some mug shots of the converted jackets. MacMillan’s Son had these jackets converted and I bought them from him. They are not a perfect fit for me and have a single vent but they serve their purpose which is to facilitate experimentation until I decide what made-to-measure jacket I want.

I wore the first outfit to a performance of Danu on Wednesday evening. I am certain nobody noticed my kilt because of the two lovely Ladies I was with, oh and that other guy.

I think both look great on you Rick. A smile goes a long way towards making your clothes look better though!! It was a great show, and we both really enjoyed our time with you and Leslie. We are definitely looking forward to the next time.

They are great conversions and I will get a lot of use out of them. I am only nit picking because the fellow I was with looked so dapper I need to raise my game. It was a great evening of good music and good company.

The color in the above photos is pretty true on my computer. The color in most e-swatches you see online looks more purple (maybe wine or plum). The actual color is claret. I always suggest getting a swatch so you can see the actual colors.

I enjoy wearing it, because it is distinctive but still clearly Morrison.

I like it too. It's definitely darker than Van, but not quite as dark as Jim, a nice compromise I think.

Looks like HOE muted but it could be a trick of the lights.
