I should have added Pig's Nose to the blend list in my previous post. It's now on the NC list. Since White Horse is no longer on the NC ABC list, it's time to buy something else like Glen Salen. This is a good inexpensive blend, light enough for most home parties. It's a blended/vatted malt. Taste is between single malts and Teacher's. There's not the alcohol jolt that Teacher's has now. Very smooth.
