My experience is not disimilar. I have waited 7 weeks for 4 items from Scotweb and they have the cheek to invoice me for an item I have not received! Their customer service is non existent. They do not reply to phone messages or emails! I wish to cancel the order and be reimbursed. These items were gifts for relatives who have now returned home to North America
