North Texas Irish Festival March 1-3

Waco is a long drive and Dallas is twice as far, but I hope I'll see you at the Texas Scottish Festival in May. We have definite plans to be there.

Of course we will meet up. I wouldn't mind doing without the sheep this time....Drac.
I haven't gotten the schedule of events, so hate to plan a meet up and then have to be in the clan parade at that time. Details should be posted soon, so check back.

Still don't have the full schedule, but we certainly can plan on Saturday afternoon.
I found out they are planning workshops this year. I'm hoping either I or my wife can make it a couple of the workshops. Maybe the xmarkers should look into doing a "picking and putting on the kilt" workshop next year?

One week left? I have emailed one of the organizers to find out when the parade is scheduled. When I get a reply we can figure out when to meet up for a picture. Maybe at the Scotch tasting?

Scotch tasting or do you mean Irish whiskey tasting...I don't remember Scotch being sampled.

As long as it is single malt, I don't care what they call it.
I found out that parade is at 4pm on Saturday. How about we try to get together around 2pm Saturday if that is good with the rabble.
