Yes, a bit too expensive for my taste. Despite the obvious blemishes in which the seller states, it is a rather smart looking (decorative) horn nonetheless.

He says the antlers are missing on one side, but I wonder if they were ever there in the first place. As this is an ornamental piece designed to be worn with the kilt, I would think the other antler would be a big problem. It wouldn't surprise me if the maker only put antlers on one side, in order to avoid inevitable problems.
